Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, to determine clients' needs and eligibility for services.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adjusting as necessary to meet therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical services provided, including progress notes, treatment plans, and diagnostic assessments, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Provide both short-term and long-term counseling to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing innovative therapy techniques to enhance client engagement and effectiveness.

• Participate in regular clinical meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and contribute to the continual improvement of our therapeutic approaches.

• Manage and prioritize a caseload effectively under the supervision of the Clinic Director while ensuring timely submission of all necessary documentation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in team training and supervision sessions directed at preparing for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
