Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify students' mental health needs, strengths, and resources, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of each case.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions incorporating evidence-based modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused interventions.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans collaboratively with students, families, and school personnel, emphasizing student-specific goals and measurable outcomes.

• Provide ongoing crisis intervention and support, performing risk assessments and creating safety plans to address immediate student concerns effectively.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes focused on coping skills, emotional regulation, and resilience-building strategies for students and their families.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, educators, and community resources to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for students.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
