Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health status of clients.

• Refer clients to additional resources or specialists, such as psychiatrists, when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your role requires not only therapeutic proficiency but also cultural sensitivity to provide inclusive and effective care tailored to the unique experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in the mental health field.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct both individual and group therapy sessions effectively.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, along with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with diverse populations.

• Familiarity in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
