Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, tailoring your approach based on the unique preferences and needs of each client.

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions through telehealth, utilizing your strong diagnostic and clinical skills to guide clients through crisis situations and emotional challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in our organization, you will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health disorders, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma-related issues, and grief. Your role is crucial in providing empathetic, non-judgmental support to individuals on their journey toward improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Current state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in compliance with state regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting client relationships.

Preferred Experience\n
