This is a full-time or part-time remote position that allows therapists to conduct sessions from the comfort of their own environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental and emotional health, identifying their needs, concerns, and therapeutic goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring that each program is tailored to client-specific scenarios.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients across the lifespan, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and family systems theory to address a broad spectrum of issues.

• Lead couples therapy sessions focusing on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening interpersonal relationships.

• Continuously review and adjust treatment plans to reflect clients’ progress and changing needs, integrating evidence-based practices into ongoing sessions.

• Maintain meticulous records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as necessary to deliver holistic and comprehensive care, enhancing the overall client experience and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples, addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the relevant state board.
