Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments of patients through video-based encounters, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.

  Perform virtual comprehensive mental health evaluations, utilizing standardized tools and compiling patient medical histories and mental status examination findings.

  Collaborate with patients to develop and implement tailored behavioral health treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions and track progress over time.

  Document and maintain sensitive patient information accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and upholding patient confidentiality.

  Actively engage in ongoing professional development and education, staying current with the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse patient population from the Elizabeth, New Jersey area, addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Your holistic approach to therapy will focus on meeting the unique needs of each patient, fostering their journey towards mental wellness and resilience.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Art Therapy, or Psychology.

  A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively build rapport with patients.

  Proficiency in electronic clinical systems, with a solid understanding of electronic health record (EHR) management.

  Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of evidence-based psychosocial interventions.

  Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred to effectively communicate with a wider range of patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from USD 100,000 to 130,000 annually, which can include performance incentives and a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Additional benefits include:
