Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, including medical history and physical examinations, to diagnose and treat patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions.
• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, ensuring that patient needs are met in a holistic manner.
• Deliver education to patients and their families regarding cardiac health, preventive care strategies, and lifestyle modifications to manage their conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Nurse Practitioner will engage with a wide spectrum of patients experiencing cardiology-related ailments. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) with either a focus on cardiology or completion of a Family Nurse Practitioner program that encompasses cardiology coursework.
• Current Cardiology Certified Nurse Practitioner (CCNP) credential, recognized by the Cardiology Nursing Certification Board (CNBC).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in cardiology, primary care, or a related healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
