Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ needs, backgrounds, and therapy goals upon initial consultations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to CBT, TF-CBT, and EMDR, tailored to individual clients and their specific circumstances.

• Facilitate both individual and family therapy sessions, working to build trust and rapport with clients to encourage open dialogue and healing.
\n
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and other required paperwork in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and external agencies as necessary for comprehensive care delivery.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

• Provide telehealth services to improve access to care while ensuring compliance with all necessary privacy regulations.

• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and develop new strategies to enhance client engagement and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on a diverse clientele including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health issues. Our client population includes those dealing with trauma, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ issues, and perinatal mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate program in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or related field is required.

• An active, unrestricted LMFT license is essential for this role.

• Proficient in providing bilingual therapy in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, particularly in working with children, adults, and families.

• Strong understanding of cultural sensitivities and the ability to work competently with clients from various ethnic backgrounds.

• Certification in at least one relevant therapeutic modality such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.

• Ability to build lasting therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.

• Experience using EHR systems, Microsoft Office, and other software necessary for efficient practice management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Silver Head Psychiatry Clinic offers competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
