Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients in individual and family therapy contexts.

• Facilitate therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, including CBT, TF-CBT, and EMDR, to address clients' unique needs.
\n
• Document client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) software to maintain accurate and secure records.

• Engage in regular supervision and collaborative case discussions with colleagues to enhance therapeutic practices and client outcomes.

• Ensure timely and consistent availability for client sessions, including two evenings per week and one weekend day to accommodate varying schedules.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT at Silver Head Psychiatry Clinic will work with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds. You will be expected to demonstrate respect and sensitivity to the clients’ individual needs and customs, providing an environment fostering healing and connection.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted LMFT license in California.
\n
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with exceptional written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills to provide bilingual therapy services.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health setting with varied age groups and family systems.
\n
• Certification in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR, along with an area of specialization (e.g., trauma, grief & loss, LGBTQ+ support).

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training, particularly in individual and group therapy techniques.

• Ability to utilize EHR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant telehealth platforms to ensure efficient administrative processes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Enrollment or participation as an in-network provider with at least one major insurance panel.

• Prior experience providing telehealth services in a compliant, client-focused manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Silver Head Psychiatry Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a sign-in bonus, flexible scheduling, continuing education opportunities, and access to mental health resources for staff.
