Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial evaluations and assessments to determine each patient's physical conditions.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that are tailored to fit the specific needs and goals of each patient, using a combination of therapeutic techniques.
• Implementing evidence-based interventions and modalities to enhance functional outcomes, ensuring maximum effectiveness as you assist patients in improving their mobility.
• Monitoring and documenting patients' progress throughout their treatment course, maintaining meticulous records to track improvements and adjust plans as necessary.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care and share insights into patient progress.
• Providing education and guidance to patients and their families on home exercises and self-management techniques to promote long-term health benefits.
• Managing a full caseload that offers a busy yet fulfilling schedule, enabling you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be responsible for providing care primarily to individuals facing various physical challenges, including post-operative rehabilitation patients, those with chronic conditions, and elderly clients aiming to maintain or improve their functional mobility. Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, ensuring you possess the foundational knowledge necessary for effective practice.

Compensation and Benefits
