Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments and diagnostic interviews to understand clients' needs deeply.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring these plans are culturally sensitive and aligned with their personal goals.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), as appropriate for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention services, often collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive support during acute situations.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering strictly to regulatory standards and clinic policies.

• Empower clients and their families with psychoeducation to foster effective management of mental health conditions through knowledge and skills.

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, involving regular communication and coordination with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid and current licensure as a LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts is required.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

While we require a minimum of two years of related experience, candidates with a stronger background in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapeutic methodologies will be given preference. Experience working remotely and knowledge of digital health platforms will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
