Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine appropriate, individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to facilitate optimal client outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers in our clinic to share insights and strategies that promote a coordinated approach to care.

• Maintain detailed clinical records digitally, adhering to ethical standards and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. You will develop meaningful therapeutic relationships that promote trust and encourage clients to express their concerns and experiences candidly.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing direct counseling services, preferably within a clinical or community health setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for fostering rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Proficiency in various Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and experience with telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
