Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapeutic services to clients through telehealth, traditional office sessions, or a hybrid model that best fits client needs.

• Engage in regular clinical case consultations, leveraging peer feedback to enhance therapeutic practices and client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation for all client interactions, documenting progress in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.

• Actively manage and expand your client caseload, aiming to grow by an additional 15-35 clients as demands and interests align.

• Collaborate with our dedicated intake coordinator to ensure efficient and effective onboarding of new clients.

• Advocate for each client's wellness journey by incorporating evidence-based practices into your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n
