Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an individualized caseload of clients, establishing rapport while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, address concerns, and discuss future appointments.
\n
• Develop and implement tailored, person-centered treatment plans that evolve according to client needs.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with legal standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client's unique background and needs.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision to foster professional growth and skill enhancement.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed to deliver holistic care to clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Proficient with technology and comfortable using various software including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy for documentation and appointment scheduling.

• Strong background in conducting intake assessments and formulating treatment plans.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is an advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Transcendence Counseling Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. We operate under a Fee-for-Service model, ensuring guaranteed rates, where payments are processed ahead of collections for no delays in reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
