Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through initial evaluations, identifying clients' needs to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing a variety of modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed techniques, to address individual, group, and family dynamics.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, actively participating in treatment team meetings.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients facing acute distress, ensuring that you employ best practices to stabilize their conditions while offering support and reassurance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on clients from a myriad of backgrounds, including underserved communities. This diverse population includes children, families, and adults facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our emphasis on cultural competence will allow you to effectively connect with clients on their terms, respecting their unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exemplify outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering therapeutic relationships and trust with clients from different walks of life.

• Demonstrate a commitment to cultural sensitivity, ensuring effective interactions in a multicultural and heterogeneous environment.

• Exhibit strong organizational and time-management abilities, maintaining accurate case notes and documentation in compliance with state regulations and clinic standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical counseling environment involving direct client interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n
