Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to administer physical therapy treatments aimed at relieving pain, enhancing mobility, and achieving therapeutic goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, strength training, stretching, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress accurately and promptly in the electronic health record system.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on exercise programs, rehabilitation strategies, and the proper use of assistive devices.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
