Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate psychosocial assessments and interventions tailored to the unique needs of students.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify emotional, behavioral, and social challenges faced by clients, ensuring the development of appropriate intervention strategies.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation, including clinical notes and progress updates, in compliance with departmental policies and electronic medical records systems.

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling to students facing significant emotional or behavioral difficulties, delivering evidence-based therapeutic techniques effectively and compassionately.

• Engage in regular consultation with families and support systems, updating them on treatment processes and necessary discharge planning activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on students aged K-12, who may face a range of issues including anxiety, depression, social challenges, and trauma. Many students will require collaborative support that combines therapeutic intervention with family and school engagement to address their multifaceted needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in clinical social work, ideally within a school or educational setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including word processing, email systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records, to efficiently document and manage client interactions.

• Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and adapting to the dynamic needs of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
