Timeless Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our compassionate team. In this full-time, remote role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality mental health services to our clients through telehealth. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough preliminary assessments during initial client consultations, documenting detailed case histories.
\n
• Evaluate the mental, emotional, and behavioral health of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform diagnoses.
\n
• Develop individualized intervention and recovery plans for a variety of client needs, including those for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
\n
• Facilitate engaging and effective individual and group therapy sessions, using diverse methodologies tailored to client preferences.
\n
• Monitor client progress rigorously throughout treatment plans, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, medical doctors, and social workers, to refine intervention plans.
\n
• Coordinate with attending physicians for clients who require hospitalization, ensuring continuity of care.
\n
• Identify potential barriers to recovery and proactively implement strategies to mitigate these issues.
\n
• Provide support and education to family members and caregivers on managing mental health challenges associated with their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
\n
• Strong foundation in mental health counseling practices with a focus on trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions.
\n
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience as a mental health counselor in a clinical or private practice setting.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, ideally AVATAR, to manage client documentation effectively.
\n
• Experience working with clients facing co-occurring disorders, including substance abuse and other behavioral health issues.
\n
• Understanding of best practices and ethical standards in mental health, as advocated by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and their effects as part of a comprehensive treatment approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a sign-on bonus as part of your compensation package. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
