Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions with adult clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Conduct brief individual therapy for clients in the Functional Recovery Program (FRP), continuously evaluating their clinical progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.

• Implement thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for your active caseload, tailoring approaches to suit each client's unique needs and goals.

• Deliver clinical care guided by evidence-based practices in the field of pain psychology, ensuring ongoing compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other therapeutic modalities within the clinic, referring clients to additional services as appropriate to enhance their overall care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults grappling with chronic pain conditions and related psychological challenges. Additionally, you will engage with a diverse array of clients seeking support for relationship dynamics, familial issues, and personal developmental struggles. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential, with a strong commitment to ethical and effective practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
