Key Responsibilities\n

• Design, implement, and evaluate tailored clinical treatment programs for individuals, particularly focusing on clients with acute or chronic mental health issues.

• Conduct detailed intake assessments, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and maintain ongoing client progress records, adhering to state regulations and community standards.

• Facilitate telehealth therapy sessions for various clients, ensuring a therapeutic environment that encourages openness and trust.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques to listen empathetically and provide individualized counseling or psychotherapy sessions for adults, especially seniors.

• Research and coordinate access to additional resources and services for clients, fostering their holistic well-being.

• Engage in regular staff conferences to discuss treatment strategies and outcomes, participating in on-call responsibilities as required.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid state license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) is essential. Please note that associates’ licenses are not accepted for this role, as we require candidates whose services can be billable through Medicare.

• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite, are necessary for efficient documentation and client communication.

• A self-directed approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple cases.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, based on your qualifications and experience.
