Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through virtual consultations to identify their unique needs and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your ability to understand and respect different cultural contexts will enhance your therapeutic effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years' experience in clinical settings, showcasing a robust understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing EHR systems to manage client documentation efficiently.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
