Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand your clients' mental health challenges and create individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific needs.

• Deliver personalized individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities relevant to client issues.

• Work within a goal-oriented framework, engaging with clients to set therapeutic objectives and regularly track their progress throughout the course of treatment.

• Provide teletherapy services as needed, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face challenges attending in person.

• Document interactions clearly and promptly, maintaining meticulous records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in continuing education and training opportunities to stay current with emerging evidence-based practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role is pivotal in fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship that encourages clients to explore their thoughts and emotions in a safe space.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required, with a master’s or doctoral degree preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, enabling you to create trusting relationships with clients.

• Empathetic approach with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges.

• Organizational skills for managing caseloads and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing therapy in a clinical setting is preferred, as is familiarity with teletherapy platforms and methodologies.
