Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate effectively with care teams, actively participating in treatment discussions, and making tailored recommendations to enhance patient care.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on established practice guidelines for each diagnosis, while incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Provide therapeutic services and supportive counseling, addressing the unique needs of each client and offering education to empower them on their mental health journey.

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and assessments, including detailed investigations into patients' criminal and substance abuse history when necessary.

• Evaluate suicide risk with accuracy and diligence, documenting clinical findings and crafting safety plans as needed.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and emergency consultations during business hours to stabilize clients in acute distress.

• Create detailed clinical reports and document patient interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and reporting mandates.

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as required to align with the patients' evolving needs.

Your primary clientele will include mothers and individuals from underserved communities, who may be facing various psychological stressors and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

• A valid independent license in the state of Oregon or your state of residence (i.e., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
