Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through one-on-one therapy sessions aimed at setting and achieving personalized treatment goals.

• Provide prevention-oriented therapy and interventions tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Develop, implement, and review comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with other treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure holistic care delivery.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes and updates to treatment plans, in compliance with organizational standards.

• Manage a caseload that allows for meaningful therapeutic relationships while attending to varied client needs.

• Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and contribute to a thriving team culture.

Compensation and Benefits\n
