Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations to diagnose and effectively treat a wide range of mental health conditions.
• Formulate and manage individualized medication plans while closely monitoring patient responses to prescribed treatments.
• Engage with other healthcare providers in an integrated care approach that addresses both physical and psychological health needs.
• Provide crisis intervention support to patients in acute emotional distress, employing trauma-informed care methodologies.
• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of mental health issues and promote clinic services.
• Deliver therapeutic support through evidence-based counseling and psychoeducation, ensuring patients understand their treatment options and care plans.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations by keeping meticulous patient records and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits
