Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed psychiatric evaluations and assessments to accurately diagnose various mental health disorders.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies, continuously adjusting plans based on patient feedback and progress.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring their effectiveness, managing side effects, and adjusting dosages as necessary.
• Provide therapeutic services including psychotherapy sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient encounters, treatment effectiveness, and any changes in symptoms or progress notes within electronic health records.
• Collaborate with therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to establish a comprehensive care plan that addresses the holistic needs of each patient.
• Educate patients and their family members about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies to ensure a collaborative approach to care.
• Engage in regular follow-up appointments to reassess treatment efficacy and adapt plans based on patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits
