Work Environment

This role is situated in an onsite assisted living facility, where you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team comprised of physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients, including well-child visits, acute care assessments, and ongoing management of chronic conditions.

• Documentation: Accurately record patient data in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York State.
