Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed psychiatric evaluations and assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and the individual needs of each patient.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, continuously monitoring effectiveness and making necessary dosage adjustments.
• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling utilizing various therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
• Coordinate care with fellow mental health professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient treatment.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to encourage proactive involvement in care.
• Document and monitor patient progress meticulously, assessing therapeutic outcomes and response to medications.
• Conduct regular follow-up sessions to evaluate treatment efficacy, address concerns, and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings, case discussions, and clinical supervision to enhance professional growth and optimize patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population, including adults grappling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Many of our clients prefer a more personalized and private approach to their treatment, which is why concierge services play a critical role in our practice, enabling us to deliver dedicated attention to each individual.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing along with active certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in New York.
• Substantial knowledge of psychiatric medications, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based treatments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
• Strong analytical abilities to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a similar mental health setting providing diverse therapeutic services.
• Familiarity with utilizing electronic health record systems to document patient interactions and coordinate care.
• Prior exposure to concierge medicine models or house call services is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 200,000 to 250,000 per year, contingent upon qualifications and experience. Additionally, our benefits package is extensive and includes:
