Regular business hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, enabling a structured yet productive work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions.
• Providing ongoing medication management and carefully monitoring the effectiveness of prescribed treatments.
• Collaborating with primary care providers, therapists, and other team members to implement integrated care plans that address all aspects of patient health.
• Offering crisis intervention support during acute emotional distress, ensuring timely and effective care.
• Engaging in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues and available resources.
• Delivering therapeutic support through both counseling sessions and psychoeducational activities.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
