Work Environment

As part of the Harmony House Therapy team, you will work in an integrated behavioral health setting that emphasizes collaboration between mental health and primary care providers. Your role will take place mainly in the office, but you may also conduct house calls as part of our concierge medicine approach, ensuring that our patients receive care within the comfort of their own homes when necessary. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments to evaluate patients' mental health and wellness, ensuring accurate diagnoses and personalized care plans.
• Administer medication management, carefully monitoring treatment effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary according to evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with a team of primary care providers and mental health professionals to create coordinated care plans that address both psychiatric and physical health needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support, guiding patients and families through times of acute distress and ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Engage in community outreach efforts, helping to elevate mental health awareness and offering educational resources to foster a stigma-free environment.
• Facilitate therapeutic support sessions through counseling and psychoeducation, empowering individuals with tools to manage their mental health effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the integrity and security of sensitive information.

Compensation and Benefits
