Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions through video chat, building rapport with clients to foster an open therapeutic space.
• Guide clients in exploring their emotions and personal experiences, helping them gain insight and develop coping strategies.
• Act as an advocate for clients, collaboratively defining goals that align with their path to improved mental health.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions and formulate effective, personalized treatment plans, employing evidence-based, solution-focused practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually , contingent upon counselor availability and engagement levels. Additional benefits include:
