Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities personalized to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals, regularly monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual consultations, ensuring access for those with mobility challenges or geographical barriers.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards to ensure a high standard of care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer consultations to remain current on best practices in mental health therapy.

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. Qualifications

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.
• Strong communication proficiency and interpersonal skills are essential for building trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
• A sign-on bonus of $3,000 will be awarded to newly hired licensed therapists upon joining our practice.
