Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions via telehealth to assist clients in navigating their mental health challenges, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify needs and craft tailored treatment plans that outline goals, intervention strategies, and measurable outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and psychoeducation, equipping clients and their families with coping strategies and resources to manage mental health conditions effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure coordinated and holistic treatment for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in adherence to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including training sessions, supervision meetings, and workshops to stay abreast of the latest research and practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field such as Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology is required.

• An Independent LPC license issued by the state of Oregon is mandatory.

• Proficiency in managing clinical records and preparing necessary reports is necessary for effective treatment delivery.

• Strong collaboration abilities to function effectively within an interdisciplinary team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to express ideas clearly and empathetically.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
