Work Environment

This position will be conducted onsite at our outpatient office in Las Vegas, where you will interact with patients and a multi-disciplinary team on a daily basis. We operate Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life harmony. Our clinic is designed to create an inviting and therapeutic atmosphere for our patients, featuring open treatment areas for collaborative care as well as private rooms for individualized sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patient mobility, strength, and physical function, utilizing advanced assessment tools and techniques.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate patient goals, preferences, and evidence-based practices.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced rehabilitation techniques to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Document all patient interactions, progress, and treatment modifications in Raintree, ensuring compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to enhance overall health.
• Continuously review and adjust treatment modalities based on patient progress, response to therapy, and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily focuses on orthopedic cases, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with a diverse group of patients, ranging from athletes recovering from injuries to older adults seeking mobility assistance. Your expertise will help patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life, embodying our clinic's mission to enhance both physical and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensing or eligibility for licensure in the state of Nevada is essential.

• Basic proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems; previous experience with Raintree is a plus.

• Participation in continuing education and professional development activities is encouraged and supported.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
