Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with clients utilizing live video conferencing, addressing various emotional and psychological disorders.

• Collaborate with Brightside's psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop comprehensive treatment plans that support holistic client care.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and goal tracking tools to continually monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.

• Engage in regular consultation sessions with the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance clinical skills and address any complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Brightside, you will primarily support adult clients facing a diverse range of emotional challenges, including depression, anxiety, and stress-related disorders. Our evidence-based treatment models are designed to adapt to individual needs, providing personalized care that empowers clients to engage in their mental wellness journey actively.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling role, preferably in a telehealth or outpatient setting.

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based practices, specifically Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Training or certification in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS) is a plus, particularly for candidates interested in our Crisis Care Program.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and digital treatment tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. You will have the option for either 1099 or W2 employment depending on your state registration and preference. Brightside Health also covers malpractice and tail insurance for your peace of mind.
