Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a range of mental health therapy techniques and therapeutic interventions to address emotional and behavioral disorders in individuals and families.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and create initial treatment and discharge plans tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions that align with each patient's treatment goals and objectives.
\n
• Document therapy services provided in accordance with organizational protocols and maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions.

• Manage and maintain a caseload, actively participating in treatment team meetings to coordinate care and deliver comprehensive support.

• Address client feedback proactively, ensuring patient needs are met and complaints are handled effectively.

• Continuously assess and ensure a safe environment for all clients, acknowledging that their safety is our top priority.

• Engage positively with clients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse client base that includes adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
