Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver comprehensive therapeutic services tailored to each client's needs.

• Prepare and submit documentation of client interactions within 24 hours to maintain compliance and quality assurance.

• Craft individualized treatment plans that respect and integrate clients' personal goals and challenges.

• Engage in peer case consultations to share insights, discuss complex cases, and enhance clinical skills and collaboration.

• Record and maintain accurate client records and treatment notes in alignment with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult individuals and couples seeking mental health support, addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and the counselor’s role is pivotal in delivering culturally competent care that respects their unique perspectives and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Active, independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
