Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations and ongoing assessments for clients, identifying mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic strategies, assessing progress and modifying plans as necessary.

• Facilitate regular one-on-one and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through therapeutic exercises and offering practical tools for coping and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans within our EHR system.
\n
• Serve as a resource for clients by providing referrals to additional healthcare providers when necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to their care.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on treatment strategies.

Your clinical work will involve a diverse range of clients, including those facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and a spectrum of emotional issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in the mental health field, demonstrating effective therapeutic practices.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and proven expertise in delivering individual and group therapies using culturally responsive approaches.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with the ability to maintain composure and provide appropriate support in challenging situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
