Health Flow Psychological Center is seeking experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to join our dedicated team in a fully remote capacity. Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexible working conditions tailored to meet the needs of both therapists and clients. Our practice operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility expected based on patient requirements. You will engage with clients via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring that care is accessible and effective while maintaining a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gather patient histories and identify specific needs, which will serve as the foundation for personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual, couple, and family dynamics, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational groups and support sessions that allow patients to share experiences and foster a community of understanding and healing.

• Collaborate closely with team members, including psychiatrists and case managers, to promote coordinated care strategies that align with patients' mental health journeys.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective response to urgent patient needs.

• Educate patients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to support their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines, ensuring all documentation reflects the highest standards of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and proven experience with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Ability to conduct and interpret comprehensive mental health assessments.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy, especially among diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
