Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments during initial consultations to identify patients' unique needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups, helping clients gain knowledge and community support on prevalent mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and health are prioritized.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation.

• Participate actively in case reviews, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in mental health therapy, applying relevant findings to practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families. Your therapeutic efforts will focus on those experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapies, and best practices in therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create innovative treatment plans effectively.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy to a variety of populations in need.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for building rapport with clients.

• A strong commitment to professional ethics and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
