Work Environment

This full-time position requires working onsite, predominantly in patients' homes within the Islip area. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cardiovascular assessments and screenings, utilizing diagnostic tools and interpretations that may include EKGs and echocardiograms.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans addressing acute and chronic heart conditions, promoting preventive measures, and enhancing cardiovascular wellness.
• Educate patients and families on heart health, risk factors, and lifestyle modifications while advocating for access to cardiology services.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
