Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to gain a deeper understanding of each client’s unique concerns and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans employing various evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focused on promoting personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license: either as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or have a Doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
