Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead and manage a team of mental health professionals, providing guidance and support in therapy practices for diverse clientele.

• Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary staff to enhance their therapeutic skills and facilitate client-centered care.

• Oversee administrative duties and daily operations within the outpatient office, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand community outreach and increase access to mental health services.

• Engage in crisis management and intervention strategies to ensure both client safety and effective treatment outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders while maintaining accurate documentation.

• Take advantage of opportunities to provide Clinical Supervision to less experienced team members, fostering professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse range of clients presenting various mental health challenges, including addiction, trauma, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders. Our client population includes individuals facing homelessness and those requiring targeted assistance in managing their mental and emotional health. With your expertise, you will create individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing each client’s unique needs and promoting effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
\n
• You must possess a current, valid license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC and stay updated with the respective requirements and supervision guidelines within Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in crisis management and the provision of mental health services is essential.
\n
• Strong understanding and experience addressing addiction issues and their complex relationships with psychotherapy.
\n
• Ability to demonstrate sensitivity towards issues surrounding trauma, homelessness, PTSD, and other co-occurring disorders, while maintaining a respectful and empathetic demeanor towards clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with integrated care models and familiarity with managing therapy interventions in hybrid healthcare settings.

• Proficient in various electronic health record (EHR) systems; experience with telehealth platforms is a plus.

• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a therapeutic setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Silver Lake Psychological Recovery Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
