This role will be conducted remotely, providing flexibility and autonomy while maintaining a strong connection with our patients and the broader team. Your work will primarily take place in a home office setting, utilizing modern technology to offer therapy sessions via telehealth platforms. Our outpatient office will serve as a base for patient documentation and collaboration with fellow team members, ensuring that communication and care coordination remains seamless.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the needs of clients experiencing various conditions such as depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to address the unique circumstances and goals of each client.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, maintaining a client-centered approach throughout the therapeutic process.

• Document all patient care and interactions in electronic medical records, adhering to both legal and ethical standards.

• Provide case management services, prioritizing client needs through referral to additional supports, coordinating with outside agencies, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients' families.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring comprehensive care for clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Adapt to ever-changing needs within our clinic, performing additional duties as assigned, to support team objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families navigating various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be particularly valuable in addressing issues related to co-occurring disorders, as many of our clients face the dual impact of mental health and substance use challenges. In this role, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment is vital to effectively engage clients and empower them throughout their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.

• Current independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required; candidates with multiple state licenses will be given preference.

• Demonstrated experience working with clients who face co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and strong computer skills in Windows applications are essential.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in electronically mediated environments.

• Ability to manage a large caseload efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client care.
