Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions—both individual and group—using evidence-based methodologies to address various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans by collaborating with clients, identifying their problems, and setting attainable goals tailored specifically to their unique experiences.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, assessing their needs to ensure safety and appropriate intervention when necessary.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions, treatment progress, and interventions in accordance with HIPAA regulations and state law.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community service organizations to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that clients receive holistic and well-rounded support.

• Stay informed on advancements in mental health practices, including attending continuing education and engaging in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Oregon, or eligibility for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
