Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to devise personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), ensuring that clients find the support and tools necessary for their mental health journeys.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, reflecting our unwavering commitment to ethical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
