Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and establish rapport.

• Create individualized treatment plans outlining therapeutic objectives and methods.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Document session details and client progress using our electronic health records system.

• Engage with clients via video calls and secure messaging while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

• Participate in regular supervision and peer support meetings to enhance clinical skills and share best practices.

• Promote client engagement by incorporating feedback into treatment plans and session structure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve counseling a diverse group of clients, including teens, adults, and couples facing a range of mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients virtually.

• Comfortable utilizing technology for teletherapy; experience in remote settings is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on experience. As a full-time employee, you will also receive:
