This position is a remote role, allowing flexibility while still facilitating robust outpatient services. As part of our team, you will engage primarily from a home office, conducting therapy sessions and assessments via telehealth platforms while also having access to our outpatient office space for in-person consultations when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and mental health status.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and help clients build resilience.

• Provide evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), ensuring the best therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to clients.

• Offer crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate assistance for clients in distress.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, ensuring they understand coping mechanisms and available support resources.

• Maintain confidential and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in trauma therapy to enhance service delivery and clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work directly with a diverse population of individuals who are survivors of trauma, including those experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Your expertise will contribute significantly to their healing journeys, helping them navigate challenges and reclaim their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, focusing on trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
