Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their functional limitations and design tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and modify treatment approaches based on patient progress and feedback.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and healthcare providers, to discuss and refine each patient's continuum of care.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment goals, expected outcomes, and home exercise programs.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives and contribute to program development aimed at enhancing patient services.
• Oversee and mentor clinical support staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and shared learning.
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will work primarily with a diverse patient population, which includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. Each patient's treatment is approached holistically, taking into account their unique backgrounds and needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
