Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Safe Ground Behavioral Health, you will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks, including:

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address individual student needs, proactively identifying and implementing discharge plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Conducting detailed assessments and timely interventions, documenting clinical findings and progress notes in alignment with department policies and electronic medical record systems.

• Providing crisis intervention and emotional support to students experiencing behavioral or psychological distress, applying evidence-based practices to offer appropriate counseling and therapeutic solutions.
